Where more pieces are needed to satisfy sampling requirements, from 1999 year of introduction, we use the Vacuum Casting technique to faithfully replicate objects made of polyurethane resin with similar characteristics to the main thermoplastics (ABS, PA, PC, TPR) to obtain mini series in rigid, soft or transparent materials.
The samples, unlike all the Additive Manufacturing techniques, are in cast material and have no porosity or density lower than the material.
The molds are very cheap, but they have a limited life of about 35/40 printed.
We have the ability to create artifacts with co-printed, bi-color, bi-material inserts.
This methodology is very advantageous for samples from 10 to 40/50 pieces
